Talent: cradle-to-grave human capital and talent development to include knowledge transfer, mentorship, and other forms of individual development
Innovation: knowledge application that produce new technologies, creative works, and novel solutions to solve problems
Place: making community more attractive and competitive - i.e., a place where people want to live, create and take jobs, raise their families, participate in civic life, and age and retire
