Welcome to the MSA Program
The Master's of School Administration (MSA) degree and add-on licensure programs prepare school personnel to become K-12 school principals. Program materials and experiences focus on school leadership, organizational theory, innovation, and best practices. Students work together to apply theories to real situations in schools. (Student Learning Objectives)
Graduates of the MSA program will be effective educational leaders who can inspire, engage and lead others towards a common vision. The graduate program is aligned with National PSEL Standards and the NC Standards for School Executives (NSSE). Students receive high-quality learning experiences designed and delivered by expert faculty.
The MSA is offered fully online through interactive and engaging formats. From personalized feedback on discussion boards to interacting with professors and guest speakers via webinar, students can feel connected as they prepare to become school administrators.
