Giving Flight Signature Program for New Employees

Are you in your first three years of employment at UNCW? Do you want to make your first experiences at UNCW as successful and rewarding as possible? With your supervisor’s approval, Employee Leadership, Learning and Engagement can help! 

What is it?

This series of workshops equips a cohort of new employees with strategies and tools designed to increase communication, collaboration, problem solving, and sharing of new ideas. Typically this program is offered as a series of 4 workshops at 3 hours each. However, due to COVID-19, Fall 2020 specific dates and times will be determined by the cohort's availability.

Who should join?

If you are someone who is looking to get the most out of their UNCW experience and apply strategies and tools to their every day work life and share them with others, then this program is for you. To maximize the experience, participants will complete Gallup’s StrengthsFinder assessment during the program.
