Melissa moved to New Hanover County with her family in 2004 and worked at a local elementary school before coming to work at UNCW in January of 2013. After serving as an administrative assistant for the Cameron School of Business, Melissa joined the Onboarding Center in April of 2015. Melissa is passionate about building relationships, helping others find their potential, and being a part of new employees' journey at UNCW. |

Andy worked as a high school English teacher for 15 years before joining the UNCW community in June 2022. He brings lots of experience in methods for creating and delivering curriculum to his current position as a Learning and Development specialist for the campus. Andy strives to deliver valuable content and to create a partnership with everyone during the learning process. He wants to help others achieve their professional goals. |

Tessa Lachman Tessa grew up in Columbus, Ohio, and moved to NC in 2013. She graduated from UNCW with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management and a minor in Leadership. After graduation, she worked as a temporary receptionist with the Cameron School of Business Academic Advising & Career Success Center prior to joining UNCW Human Resources Department. Tessa strives to spread positivity and encouragement for others. She enjoys helping others achieve their goals and fostering their advancement, and especially loves contributing back to UNCW. |
