What is the Showcase of Student Research and Creativity?

The Showcase of Student Research and Creativity is an campus wide event held every semester on the UNCW campus. Students from all disciplines (graduates and undergraduates) are invited to present their research/scholarly activity in poster format.

What is the date of the Showcase this semester?

The Spring 2020 Showcase will be held Saturday, April 18 starting at 9:30 am.  The program will start with oral presentations from 10:00-11:30 am, a poster session and reception from 11:30-1:30 pm, and conclude with additional oral presentations 1:30-3:00 pm. The Showcase will take place in the Watson College of Education and the Cultural Arts Building.

How can I apply?

Students who wish to participate must APPLY to present their work. The deadline to apply via the survey link is Friday, April 3 at 5:00 pm. You are expected to attend the Showcase reception if your poster is accepted.

For those presenting posters, CSURF is more than happy to print your poster for you.  It must be submitted to our office for printing at least two business days before the Showcase.
