Leadership Academy

The UNCW Leadership Academy is a comprehensive training program for organizational employees in leadership roles, or those who aspire to be in leadership roles. Utilizing faculty from across the university, this program is customized to the needs of the organization and can be offered at your facility or virtually. Participants successfully completing the program are awarded a digital badge in leadership from UNCW.
