Mass Spectrometry Bruker micrOTOF-Q II HR MS w/ Agilent 1290 Infinity UHPLC (2011)

This instrument has an excellent mass accuracy of 0.5-2.0 ppm and a superb resolving power of 17,500 – 20,000 FWHM with mass range up to 3000 Da (singly-charged). This instrument has the capability for MS/MS analysis.  Electrospray (ESI) and atmospheric chemical ionization (APCI) sources are available for the instrument to ionize relatively non-polar to polar compounds. The Agilent 1290 Infinity UHPLC allows users to perform LC-MS with sub-2 micron particle size columns. Sample submission is encouraged unless users are familiar with the instrument you can bring your solvents and columns.
