Award Amount: $20,000 per year
Requirements:
- Submit a general NC State application before the deadline.
- Indicate a family income of less than $110,000 on the NC State application.
- Be a North Carolina Resident
- Select a STEM Major or STEM education major.
Application Deadline: Second week of December.
Award Amount: $2,500 - $25,000
Requirements:
- Be a United States citizen or legal resident living or claiming residency in one of the 50 U.S. states, District of Columbia or Puerto Rico
- Be a current high school senior who plans to enroll full-time in an accredited two-year or four-year college or university in the United States for the entire 2019-20 academic year. Enrollment at an accredited post-secondary institution outside of the United States will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Demonstrate ambition and self-drive as evidenced by outstanding achievement in school, community or work-related activities

Requirements:
- Be entering college in the Fall of 2019 as a Freshman at a four-year school for an undergraduate degree
- Be currently involved in high school sports, intramural sports, or community-based sports
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident (you will be asked to prove citizenship and age if you win)
- Not be an employee, officer or director of Foot Locker, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries, or a member of the immediate family of such an employee, officer or director

Requirements:
- Be thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of application
- Be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia
- Be currently enrolled (or enroll no later than the fall of 2026) in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher education

Award Amount: "Last Provider" Basis
Requirements:
- Point Scholarships are awarded on a “last provider” basis, meaning that Point fills in the gaps and provides funds not provided by other scholarships, grants, loans, work/study programs, etc. It is the responsibility of those selected as Point Scholars to annually secure as much other funding as possible.
- Be enrolled in a degree-granting undergraduate or graduate program
- Students at community colleges, online programs, trade schools, or post-doctoral research programs are not eligible
- Be a person who identifies as a member of the LGBTQ community

- Must have taken the SAT or ACT and intend to enroll in an Opportunity Partner College
- Are not and have not previously enrolled in a four-year institution or a four-year bachelor’s degree program
- Came to the US before reaching your 16th birthday
- Have or meet DACA/TPS eligibility requirements
- Have significant unmet financial needs

- Recipients must also be available to attend the 37th USHLI National Conference in Chicago, IL, from February 14-17, 2019.

- UNCW STEAM Team is a weeklong, residential summer program hosted by UNCW for underserved ninth- and tenth-grade students recruited from New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick counties
- The program encourages students from populations underrepresented in universities and colleges to pursue higher education and a variety of career paths through applied learning opportunities in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics
