New Barre Installed for Group Fitness!

Join us for Barre classes Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 - 6:45 p.m. Be sure to sign up at the Facility Services Desk in the Student Recreation Center up to one hour before class starts to receive a wrist band to attend!

Train to be a Trainer* and Fitness Instructor Training 

Seahawk Fitness hosts preparation courses for the American Council on Exercise Personal Training and Group Fitness Instructor exams as a stand-alone, non-credit course. This prep course can be used solely to prepare for the certification exams or as a method of application for the Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor positions with Seahawk Fitness. The course costs $170.00 and includes a copy of the manual, a practice exam, and discount code for the certification exam. This course also includes a CPR/First Aid certification through the American Red Cross.

Registration for spring 2018 training courses will begin on Monday, January 8, in SRC, office 140, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

*Train to be a Trainer please note - this course will not be offered in Spring 2018, please check back for Fall 2018 dates and times or email if you are already certified and looking for a Personal Trainer position

Group Fitness Instructor training course will be held from 2:30 to 5:00 p.m., on Tuesdays and Thursdays, beginning Tuesday, January 23rd and ending Thursday, April 26th.
