As a program prepares to create a report for a reporting cycle, faculty members should revisit the Actions for Improvement from the previous year. In the Status Report section for the previous year, indicate the progress made on each Action for Improvement and whether or not the action is completed or still in progress. If the action is still in progress, you can continue to update these actions until they are completed.
