Dance Minor
Dancers of all levels find an artistic home in the department’s popular Minor in Dance. Courses range from Modern to Ballet, and Dance History to Choreography. As a Dance minor, you will not only take classes with our professional dance faculty, but will also have the opportunity to attend master classes with internationally renowned dance companies, and to connect with the public through both performance and teaching.
Film Studies, B.A.
We prepare students to participate in a world increasingly shaped by moving pictures. Through courses that offer a foundation for understanding cinema-and its relation to culture, history, technology, and aesthetics-Film Studies teaches students to create and analyze moving images, to produce research, and to make art.
Musical Theatre
Our goal is to nurture, encourage, support, train and educate the artist in the study and practice of musical theatre.
Entrepreneurship and Innovation Minor
This program prepares students for employment in an existing young, growing venture; starting their own business; employment with a larger corporation, possibly high technology; returning to a family business; and positions as a professional service provider that services small business.
