UNCW's graduate program in Spanish features a wide variety of courses in literature, linguistics, film studies, history, culture, and pedagogy, among other topics, taught by faculty who are active researchers in their fields.
With students from the United States and from all over the Spanish-speaking world, the graduate program brings together dedicated students with different backgrounds and professional and academic experiences.
All of our Spanish graduate courses are taught in the evenings, which allows us to serve traditional as well as non-traditional students. We offer a number of teaching assistantships and tuition scholarships to incoming students on a competitive basis.
We invite you to explore our programs and all that UNCW offers. If you are interested in our program, have questions or would like to schedule an appointment or campus visit please contact Michael Gordon, coordinator of graduate programs in Spanish.
