The UNCW Beckwith Recital Series, Young Artist Showcase Competition provides us with a way to recognize and offer public performance opportunity to talented students in the Wilmington area.
Fees & Registration
Application Deadline: Monday, May 5th, 11:59 p.m.
Entry fee: $25
Dates
Live Audition: Saturday, May 31st, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Winners' Performance: Saturday, July 26, 4-5 p.m.
Audition schedule to be announced shortly after the application deadline
Eligibility grades 9-12 / Cape Fear Region (Brunswick, New Hanover, and Pender County)
All instruments and voices are encouraged to apply!
Scholarships Awards: Cash awards, and performance opportunity on a publicized, live-streamed, professionally recorded recital featured on UNCW's Beckwith Summer Recital Series. Winners may request a complimentary lesson with UNCW faculty in the student's applied area.
