2025 Timeline

January: CHSSA Strategic Plan Committee initializes process through review and planning procedure.

February: Committee gathers input and feedback.

March: First draft prepared with input, discussion, debate, and key component layout. Draft is shared with the Dean’s Office and Leadership Council by March 15.

April: Finalize pillars, priorities, and overall report after draft feedback. Submit to Dean Caulder by April 15.

UNCW Strategic Plan

In 2023-24, UNCW launched its newest Strategic Plan: Soar Higher. Progress on each pillar, priority and objective reflects the initiatives, actions and successes of the entire Seahawk community.
