Commencement Assistant Compensation
Commencement is an essential campus-wide program designed to recognize and celebrate graduates of the University of North Carolina Wilmington. This momentous occasion, welcoming more than 20,000 graduates and guests this fall, requires significant commitment from faculty and staff at the university.
As such, the following compensation policies are in place to ensure fair and consistent compensation for employees who serve as a Commencement Assistant above and beyond their assigned role at UNCW.
