Student Conduct

The Code of Student Life outlines the rights and responsibilities and expected levels of conduct of students in both the university and greater Wilmington communities.

 

Overview

The Code of Student Life will:

  • Help all members of the university community (students/student organizations, parents, faculty, and staff) gain a better understanding of student rights and responsibilities;
  • Serve as a resource for help with university conduct policies and student problems (i.e., substance use);
  • Explain the responsibilities of various boards and committees.

All questions regarding the Code of Student Life should be directed to the Office of the Dean of Students.
