Policy
General Statement
Management of capital and operational resources and budgets for information technology are the responsibility of the Vice Chancellor for Information Technology Systems Division under the capital and fiscal policies of the university. Management of these resources is consistent with official university policies dealing with budget management. These management practices are also consistent with guidelines that accompany special funding allocations and appropriations provided by or through the University of North Carolina Office of the President.

Applies to all university facilities, departments, and projects.
