Before a FLAC assignment can be entered the following must be completed…
- Employee Banner ID created by Human Resources*
- Employee activated in Banner PEAEMPL by Human Resources*
- Banner SIAINST record created by AARM Personnel with contract codes- completed once required paperwork submitted to AARM Personnel and approved
- Employee UNCW email created and active/preferred in Banner SPAIDEN (submit TAC ticket to create/activate email for Temp EHRA hires once in the system)
*For Temporary EHRA in AA, an employee record update must be submitted to HR by the hiring department, in addition to HR's requirements for hire (background check, I9, etc.) and Academic Affair's TE paperwork requirements
