Duties: The council meets with the provost monthly during the fall and spring semesters to serve as a sounding board and creative thinking group and to raise issues of importance to faculty.

Membership: 8 faculty with representation from the College and schools as follows: CAS 5 (including humanities, fine arts, natural sciences, social sciences); CSB 1; CHHS 1; WCE 1.

Term: 1 year renewable.
