December 14, 2018—UNCW volunteers packed food boxes at Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina this morning as part of our 24/7 Community Service initiative! #NoOneGoesHungry #EngageUNCW #SENCStrong Food Bank officals estimated that three tons and over 10,000 cans of food were assembled and will be distributed through partner agencies in the region.

The University of North Carolina Wilmington has received a $10 million gift commitment from alumnus David Congdon ’78, and his wife, Helen. November 29, 2018—The Fall Faculty Meeting was held today and honored eighteen faculty members through eleven prestigious awards including UNCW's highest honor, the 'Board of Trustees Teaching Excellence Award.'
