Signature Authorization

In order to process any financial transactions from your on-campus account we need a signature from (most often the president and the treasurer) the person responsible for the financial transactions. Any request for a financial transaction that is not signed by one of the authorized individuals will be rejected.

The Signature Authorization Form is available in the Campus Life office (FUU 2041). The form must be turned into the Business Operations Coordinator.

A new form must be completed each fiscal year or upon the election of a new organization president and/or treasurer.
