Founded in 1948 as a four-page mimeograph with hand-lettered headlines, today The Seahawk is UNCW's award-winning campus newspaper (circ. 3,000) produced entirely by students and distributed free to over 60 locations on campus and around Wilmington.
TheSeahawk.org launched in 2001 and is published year round.
