The Swain Center offers a diverse selection of online courses that are facilitated by experienced instructors from education programs VESi and Ed2Go. Our online courses are affordable, fun, fast, convenient and geared for teachers with busy lifestyles.

Online Certificate Programs

Online Short Courses

Ed2Go provides students with courses that can meet job requirements or lead to personal growth in a convenient and self-paced way. The Ed2Go course delivery system has been used at UNCW since 2002 for its online non-credit short courses. These courses can serve as an introduction to higher education and connect students to the university without requiring registering as a for-credit student. Because UNCW is considered a vendor for Ed2Go, we are able to offer these courses at a very low rates. The Ed2Go online test prep is offered at a cost of $89 for six weeks.
