New Apple Discount Process: Submit Orders by May 23rd

UNC-GA and Apple have changed the process for the current and future Apple Bulk Requests for this calendar year. There will now be a larger window during which campuses can submit quotes for discounts. For this quarter, requests can be submitted for a discount until May 23rd. Purchasing would like all orders submitted by May 23rd.

If you are interested in purchasing Apple products for your department and would like a discounted quote, please follow these steps:

  • Go into the Apple Punch-out in uShop
  • Put together your order* and add the item(s) to your cart
  • Once you have your order together, select the link that says, “Create Template,” and you will be provided with a Template number.
  • Email that Template number to Tami Mansur (, and request the quarterly discount be applied.

Your Template will be forwarded to Apple and, once the discount is applied, instructions will be sent so the order can be completed in uShop.

*Apple will discount computers and accessories however please note that iPads are not discounted.
