Faculty/Staff

Faculty and staff accounts will be deleted on the day of separation from UNCW. If a faculty or staff member is retiring, they are entitled to keep their e-mail unless they choose to not do so.

Students

Student accounts will be deleted after the drop/add period the fall or spring semester following separation from UNCW. Separation is defined as graduation, transfer, withdrawal, etc.
