Which browser should I use when accessing my e-mail through the Web (OWA)?

• IE8 - RECOMMENDED - Internet Explorer 8 is recommended and will give you the full range of Premium features in OWA 2007.
• Firefox - Firefox only has the ability to run OWA 2007 in its "Light" version. This means some features will not be accessible.
• Safari - Safari only has the ability to run OWA 2007 in its "Light" version. This means some features will not be accessible.
• Thunderbird - Thunderbird will not work with MS Exchange servers.

How can I get the full Outlook experience in OWA if I do not have Microsoft Office or if I'm not running IE8 on my computer?

• You can access Outlook (and public folders) using TealWare.

• NOTE: If you are on a Mac, you can use either Safari or Firefox to access TealWare. Make sure you type https://tealware.uncw.edu in the address bar.
