Billing and Payment
- Payment, or first month's rent, is due prior to check-in
- The sponsoring university department, or occupant, is billed for rental charges monthly.
- Long-distance charges, damages, lost furnishings, and any special cleaning costs are billed to the sponsoring department or occupant.
