What is a Peer Educator?

The UNCW Health Promotion Peer Educators are students who are trained to educate and inform other UNCW students about issues related to college health. Their training is conducted by Campus Health Educator, Trisha Tinney.

The Peer Educators present a wide range of health programs, plan campus-wide wellness events, and develop marketing campaigns to educate the UNCW campus community.
