Andrew M. Hulse is a filmmaker from Kingston, Ohio. He has written, produced and directed several award-winning short narrative films and commercials.  His latest film, Gasoline, won a Screen Actors Guild Award at the Haig P. Manoogian Screenings at the Directors Guild of America in Los Angeles in June.  His first feature documentary, Gibson Girls, premiered on the Millennium Stage at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C., in 2005. Hulse received a B.A. from Denison University and a Master’s degree from Harvard University where he studied philosophy and religion at the Center for the Study of World Religions. He graduated with an M.F.A. from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts at the Kanbar Institute of Film & Television in 2007.
