Motor Fleet Leasing

The motor fleet office is located in the Warwick Center in the Auxiliary Services office.

Vehicles may be rented by any employee for use while on official University business:

Conference travel
Business trips
Lab field trips, etc.

Motor Fleet Reservations
Tentative motor fleet reservations may be made by telephone (910-962-3591). To confirm the reservations for permanent employees, the E-Travel request form must be completed. To confirm reservations for students and temporary employees, the Vehicle Request and Invoice Form (CD-0027) must be submitted.

All permanent employees must possess a valid North Carolina drivers license and have a copy on file with the Motor Fleet Office prior to the date of travel. Student employees may possess licenses from other states.

Motor Fleet Rental Rates

Type Vehicle	Rate
Sedans	$.56 per mile with a minimum 40 miles per trip
Minivans	$.63 per mile with a minimum 40 miles per trip
12/15-passenger vans	$.74 per mile with a minimum 40 miles per trip

PARKING OFFICE LOCATION

Parking & Transportation Services is located in the Auxiliary Services Office in Warwick Center. The Riegel Road entrance is temporarily closed due to construction, so please use the entrances at Parking Lot E and Union Drive.
