The Foundation of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington was organized as a North Carolina nonprofit corporation on February 9th, 1962, to solicit funds in order to promote the educational purpose of the University of North Carolina Wilmington. The University is the Foundation's sole beneficiary.
Our office provides monthly financial statements to the Board of Directors, the preparation of the annual financial statements and the tax filings for the Foundation.
