Jane Bailey Director Phone: 910-962-3562 baileyj@uncw.edu	Jane Bailey, Director of Facilities Administration, provides leadership and guidance on budget, human resource, customer service and computer issues for the Office of Facilities.
Tamara Matthews, CPM Facilities Stores Manager Phone: 910-962-2046 matthewst@uncw.edu	Tamara Matthews, Facilities Stores Manager, oversees inventory procurement & distribution for supplies and materials that are housed at the Facilities Stores. These supplies and materials are used by the Office of Facilities for regular maintenance and operation of university buildings and equipment. Tamara seeks to get the best prices on purchases and maintain optimum stock levels.
Ashley Hord Facilities Stores Office Assistant Phone: 910-962-2045 horda@uncw.edu	Ashley Hord , Facilities Stores Office Assistant, provides excellent customer service for Physical Plant maintenance shops, enters sales of inventory processed through Facilities Stores, processes all standing order invoices through to Accounts Payable as well as researching problem invoices. She also stocks inventory, works with vendors and assists the Facilities Stores Manager as needed.
Gail Morrison Information Systems Liaison Phone: 910-962-3743 morrisong@uncw.edu	Gail Morrison, Information Systems Liaison, manages Facility Focus, a comprehensive facilities management application which includes work request management, serialized inventory tracking and preventive maintenance scheduling, procurement and inventory control, project contracts and contractor management, property management, billing and financial records, and reporting. She also provides training to system users and support to user departments.
Clete Hayes Data Coordinator Phone: 910-962-3868 hayesl@uncw.edu	Clete Hayes, Data Coordinator, provides internal and external customer support for Facility Focus data by maintaining serialized equipment records and providing ad hoc, customized, and scheduled reporting.
Terry Blake Billing Cletk Phone: 910-962-3622	Terry Blake, Billing Clerk, is responsible for billing of Maintenance & Operations and Motor Pool work requests. Terry bills and maintains monthly and annual data for utilities, fuel and trash removal and is also the liaison between the campus community and our solid waste removal contractor.
Bonnie Clements Administrative Secretary Phone: 910-962-3105 clementsb@uncw.edu	Bonnie Clements, Administrative Secretary, provides secretarial support for the Director of Facilities Administration, arranges travel, and coordinates meetings. She is the Facilities liaison to the Human Resources Department.
