Arts In Action Performance Series
Sponsored by UNCW Presents, the Arts in Action Performance Series seeks to culturally enrich, educate and entertain both students and the general public through the presentation of diverse programs featuring professional, high-quality performing artists. Recent musical artists include Tift Merritt, Doc Watson and David Holt, and the Spanish Harlem Orchestra.

Association for Campus Entertainment (ACE)
The Association for Campus Entertainment coordinates student-produced events on campus, providing a diversified schedule of programs and activities that promote opportunities for educational, social, and cultural growth for students and the campus community, so the venues normally cater to the younger crowd. Past entertainers have included rapper Ludacris, comedienne Dave Chappelle, and Grammy winner Kanye West.
Most of the ACE activities are open to the public, and many smaller events are free and ticket prices for larger events are reasonable. Tickets can be purchased from the information desk at the University Union and tickets for larger events can be bought online at uncwtickets.com.

Kenan Auditorium Concert Series
Kenan Auditorium hosts numerous performances, inlcuding subscription series concerts for North Carolina Symphony, Wilmington Concert Association and Wilmington Symphony Orchestra, bringing great classical music to our community throughout the year.

UNCW Department of Music Recital Series
UNCW’s Department of Music hosts a wide variety of musical enrichment and enjoyment throughout the year, including solo recitals and chamber concerts by students, faculty, and special guests. The department also presents concerts featuring popular student ensembles, such as the Jazz Ensembles, Wind Symphony, the Concert Choir, the Chamber Singers, and the Saxophone Ensemble.
