On-Campus Housing during June Orientation

Accommodations are not available for
January and August sessions.

June Freshman Orientation ONLY

  • On-campus housing for the first night of orientation is included in the student Orientation fee. Students will be staying in either Cornerstone Hall, Keystone House or Innovation House. All students are encouraged to stay on campus, as it provides an opportunity to meet other students and to get to know campus. Additionally, student sessions sometimes run late into the evening.
  • Early Arrival Option: Students who wish to arrive the night before their Orientation begins may stay on campus for an additional fee of $25. Check-in is between 7:45 - 8:45 p.m. the night prior in Cornerstone Hall. Orientation Leaders will have a variety of activities planned to introduce students to each other. Family/Guests may also opt-in to Early Arrival for an additional fee of $25 per person, however, there are no activities planned for family and guests.
  • Family/Guests: Family and/or guests that are attending the Family Orientation may stay on campus, in a separate residence hall away from the students, for an additional $25 per person. Please be aware that these are residence halls and not hotels. Each room has two single beds, desks, chairs and includes linens. No other amenities will be provided. Family and guests will also have to walk down the hall to a shared bathroom. While there are no evening activities planned for families & guests, they are encourage to check out what Wilmington has to offer.

Clarifying example: if a single guest wanted to stay in the residence hall for the night prior to orientation and the night during orientation, they would pay an additional $50 in fees.
Sheets, towels, a pillow and a blanket will be provided for students and guests staying in the residence halls.
