Sharyne Miller is UNCW’s Chief Information Officer, providing leadership over technology services that support academic research, classroom activities, distance education, application support & development, infrastructure & information security.

Maintenance windows are approved 3 years in advance by the Chancellor’s calendar committee. The dates selected are intended to minimize impact to the campus & allow for proper planning by campus.
ITS supports faculty research through Academic Research Computing, or ARC, so researchers can focus their time & efforts on their work & reduce the amount of IT overhead in their projects.
