Modules include project leadership, communication, team building, conflict resolution, negotiation, cost & budget, measuring performance, and change management.You will complete one module per week online. A live webinar will be held every Tuesday that will be taped. The last week of the course will focus on assisting participants to prepare their application for the exam.

This Project Management Certificate Course will focus on project leadership, communication, team building, conflict resolution, negotiation, cost & budget, measuring performance, and change management. Completing this program will also provide continuing education credits for select organizations and counts towards the Project Management Professional® certification exam requirements by the Project Management Institute.

This course includes requirements to apply to sit for the exam and exposure to all major topics covered, but significant independent study prior to the exam will be required to master the content.

This program provides the opportunity to learn the advanced aspects of project management by focusing on managing projects and your role as a project manager and leader. You will learn how to:
