The Sociology & Criminology Department supports our students through encouraging scholarship and community service. We offer several scholarship opportunities that highlight students' participation in their community as well as their participation in the classroom. If you're a student interested in a scholarship, we encourage you to apply.

The UNCW Sociology & Criminology Club serves to increase the awareness of criminal justice and sociological issues and concerns among the students of this university. The main focuses of the organization are career, community, and campus life.

Tommy went through BLET and spent some time working for WPD, before transitioning into insurance adjusting! Tommy will be sharing about his life after college and how the club helped him make connections, while getting to see different professions in the Sociology and Criminology field.
