Amelia Huelskamp, Ph.D., M.A., Assistant Professor

Amelia HuelskampAmelia Huelskamp teaches Principles of Teaching Physical Education and Health, School Health Methods, Health Behavior Theory, Childhood Obesity, and Curriculum Development in Health and PE. Her research focuses on youth health issues, including food insecurity, obesogenic behaviors, and access to comprehensive sex education. 

A native of Lima, Ohio, Huelskamp earned her undergraduate and master’s degrees from Ohio University and her Ph.D. in Health Education from the University of Toledo.
