Description
UNCW’s Brooks Baseball Field has been the home of the Seahawks since 1962 and continues to be one of the top facilities in the state and the southeast. The facility needs improvements and repairs including replacement of grass with artificial turf and renovations to dugouts.
Scope
The selected contractor will be responsible for the following:
Renovate the existing playing surface to meet NCAA standards while replacing the natural sod field with an artificial turf field to decrease maintenance and increase playability. Replace the dugouts with larger units set to the proper elevation and including ADA compliance and a restroom for each unit.
