All packages do come to the office, and Plato's Loft staff will log them. You will then be notified via text and email.. Packages can only be picked up during apartment office hours listed above.

• Parking passes will be given out upon Move-In. Guest hangtags- one per parking pass- will be given out as well. All cars without a parking pass will be towed.
• There are 18 spots along the back lot available for visitors without a guest pass, but these are available on the first come first serve basis.

• All maintenance requests are managed through your Plato’s Lofts resident portal.
• For any questions please call 910-940-0080
• For after hours maintenance emergencies, you will need to call our office (910) 940-0080 and follow the prompt for the maintenance
• Pest Control is provided through TERMINIX, and they come out every Tuesday! You would need to either let Plato's Lofts staff know so that they can add you to the list.

• Where does my bill show up?
  • Since you have signed up for housing through our office, your bill should appear on the student account page
