Erin L. Williamson

Director of Student Involvement & Leadership

Erin (she/her/hers) leads the Student Involvement and Leadership team of professional, graduate, and student staff in the department of Campus Life. Her team cultivates a sense of belonging and capacity for leadership for students through campus activities and programs, student media, graduate and undergraduate student involvement, and leadership development. Her team is responsible for several major campus-wide initiatives such as Involvement Carnival, UNCWelcome, and the annual Cornerstone Awards. Erin is currently completing her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and has taught several courses for Leadership Studies, University Seminar, and the Honors College. She joined UNCW in 2015 and previously served as Assistant Director for Leadership Development. She is a Certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach and Core Strengths Certified Facilitator.
