Nina A Taylor

Nina joined the Office of Internal Audit as an Internal Auditor in August 2022. In this role, she provides independent assurance and advisory services designed to strengthen university operations, risk management, and institutional accountability.

Prior to joining the Office of Internal Audit, Nina spent more than a decade within the North Carolina Community College System, including conducting state-wide audits through the System Office and serving as Director of Compliance at Cape Fear Community College. Throughout her career, her expertise included evaluating institutional practices, assessing internal controls, supporting compliance, and validating the accuracy and integrity of enrollment and funding data used to determine higher-education funding allocations.
