Coordinator of Peer Education
As an active member of campus wellness initiatives and Office of Student Wellbeing (OSW) team, Savannah works to create a comprehensive focus on health and wellbeing for UNCW students to thrive. Savannah began at UNCW in June 2024 and supervises the OSW Peer Educators, facilitating training, mentorship, and programs. She oversees the Peer Educator team in the design, implementation, and evaluation of holistic educational programming on a variety of topics to promote students’ wellbeing and empower them in making informed health decisions.
Savannah has been a Certified Child Life Specialist since 2017 and instructs college courses on topics of health and wellbeing, child and family development, and the Child Life profession.

M.S. in Psychology – Child Life, Azusa Pacific University; B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences – Child Development and Public Health, Pittsburg State University.
