Patricia Schulz
Academic Advisor
Patti Schulz is an Academic Advisor with The Center for Academic Advising at UNCW. Her specialty area focuses on students who desire to enter into graduate programs in Pre-Health and Pre-Law. She assists students with interests in Medicine, Dentistry, Physician Assistant careers, Physical Therapy, Veterinary medicine, Law; and other Allied Health and Medical areas. She also works with freshmen students and provides Academic Advising and guidance as they transition into their collegiate programs.
Patti joined UNCW in 2005. Her past teaching experience, encompasses teaching at Baylor University in Waco Texas. She was also employed in various government jobs and performed contract work for a wide array of federal and state government agencies. She performed training and management duties for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development as well as work with the New York State Department of Labor. She also currently works for the State University of New York collegiate system. She serves as a Psychology Instructor for a college in New York and has taught Psychology classes for over 27 years. She also teaches the Freshman Seminar course for UNCW.
