Christine Pesetski

Asst Provost for Academic Advising/Director of University College

Dr. Christine Pesetski serves the UNCW Academic Advising community. Through systematic support for academic advisors and students she ensure students maintain their pathway from enrollment to graduation. She has an extensive background in Academic Affairs and Student Affairs, working in a range of areas including student programming, case management, mental health support, and academic advising. Her research interests include College Student Recovery programs, College alcohol use, abuse, and addiction, and the use of positive psychology and other support systems to impact personal change.

Christine joined UNCW in 2018 and has systematically worked to improve the undergraduate experience for students and academic advisors. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, swimming, and biking. She is available to support students as they work through their degree program.
