Jill M. Parson
Asst Registrar for Records
Jill is the Assistant Registrar for Records in the Office of the Registrar. She oversees the degree audit system. This includes designing, developing, creating, modifying and testing system logic and coding of new degree and minor programs. Her team maintains and updates degree and minor requirement changes and provides training to advisors. She oversees transfer articulation which consists of the determinations of course equivalencies for external credit and the acceptance of credit for new and continuing students. She manages the graduation team who awards degrees and processes degree exceptions.
