Rachel joined the Seahawk team in August of 2026. Her background spans from operations, athletics and into education. Before moving to Wilmington she spent more than a decade in Colorado leading competitive volleyball programs, managing travel, event coordination, budgets and team operations. Rachel looks forward to bringing her detail oriented and service-focused approach to her position at UNCW.
