Research Interests

My research interests are generally broad and are mostly focused in Computing Education. I have interests in studying computing-focused informal learning communities and their benefits, how to best utilize informal computer-mediated communication tools in educational settings, broad interests in AI + Computing Education, and reducing imposter phenomenon in computing students. In the past, I've focused on improving teamwork and communication within software engineering capstone courses and videogame coding camps for autistic high school students.
