Sarah R. Molina

Sarah Molina serves as a Student Success Advisor in CHHS. Previously Sarah worked at Cape Fear Community College, where she worked in a variety of roles, starting her journey working in higher education as the Transition Specialist, advising students in adult education programs and leading them through their enrollment into post-secondary programs. From there Sarah served as the Career Services Coordinator for the Academic and Career Readiness Department at Cape Fear Community College, creating, planning, and implementing courses that serve unemployed and underemployed individuals looking to enhance their employability skills or reenter the workforce underscoring her passion for the multitude of pathways to success that institutions of higher education can provide.
