Mauricio A Mendoza
Temporary EHRA/Faculty
Mauricio Mendoza is Co-Director of the Mentor Program at the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) at UNC Wilmington, where he leads a team of community advisors working with early-stage, high-growth entrepreneurs from concept development through raising early capital. He brings more than two decades of experience across technology, business systems, and digital strategy.
Mendoza is a co-founder of Bixli, a technology and digital accessibility consultancy, delivering enterprise-level systems work and strategic advisory services to clients across industries. Bixli's engagements cover digital accessibility compliance, client acquisition systems, reputation management, and enterprise software development, including ERP platforms, Microsoft SQL Server database administration, and business intelligence reporting. His accessibility work aligns with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) best practices, helping organizations build digital experiences that are both compliant and inclusive.
Across both roles, Mendoza thinks in systems, building models that compound value over time rather than patching problems one at a time.
